George D. Allingham is a certified public accountant licensed in the State of Connecticut. Allingham and Company, PC was established in 1979 in Danbury, CT.  The firm has been located at 24 Delay Street, Danbury since 1982.  On January 1, 2002 the firm became Allingham, Kosar and Company, PC. 
 
George is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.  George is also a member of the Board of Finance and Board of Trustees in his local community

Stephen L. Kosar is a certified public accountant licensed in the States of Connecticut and New York. He worked for a regional CPA firm in its New York State office until 1986, when he transferred to its Connecticut office.  In January 1997, he joined Allingham and Company, PC as a manager.  On January 1, 2002, he became the managing partner of Allingham, Kosar and Company, PC.  The firm recently opened an office located at 54 Bridge Street, New Milford, CT.

Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Steve is the treasurer for the local library, youth baseball league and youth soccer club in his town. Steve has also volunteered as a coach in youth baseball, basketball and soccer.
